Description: The aim of this project is to develop an Alert system on Android platform smartphones which could aid user in case of emergency. The complete working of the application is based on the surrounding noise and that is when the application sends pre-programmed alerts accordingly. The surrounding noise is monitored by the microphones, if noise exceeds a particular threshold limit which user considers as an Emergency, an Alert Message will be sent to the person whose number is registered.
