Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and Coordinate Used Car Stock Management.
• Used Cars Sales forecasting and Budgeting.
• General Administration.
• Manage showroom displays in the lights of marketing guidelines.
• Implementing various marketing plans and Analyze feedback.
• Preparing various sales and marketing reports.
• Closely tracking Hotline Enquiries and analyze the conversion ratio.
• Analyse Daily Activity Reports from the sales Executives.
• Supervise used cars Purchase and Payments.
• Used cars restoration according to the quality standards.
• Add restoration cost to the vehicle cost to get exact profit and accordingly make purchase guide lines.
• Supervise Final Quality Check before delivery.
• Issuing extended warranty.
• Attending and solving customer complaints.
• Petty cash Management.
• Check and verify that all sales documentations and operations are as per ISO standards.

Job Responsibilities:
• Quoting All sales enquiry Mails and report to Sales Manager
• Preparing proposal, agreement, sales report and presentation.
• Receive PO and LC and communicate with sales Manager.
• Verify Bank account statement for the cash transactions and TT.
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting information in order to increase productivity of sales.
• Preparing Invoice, Contract, Export Certificate, Exit Paper and Customs clearance Documents.
• Preparing documents according to PO and Letter Of Credit and Submit to the Bank.
• Making Chamberised Commercial Invoice and Certificate of Origin for LC
• Filing Invoice, Export Certificates and all other documents relating to the sales.
• Tracking Shipments for the Assured delivery.
• Petty cash Management.
• Responsible for making all Internal/External documents as per instruction by superior.
• Prepare and communicate customer outstanding dues to sales team.
• Responsible in maintaining a filing system to record and archive all data related to sales and keep it updated.
