Co-ordinating marketing efforts of the company which include identifying customer requirement, offering product &pricing, order accepting, scheduling shipment, monitoring pre shipment documents such as invoice, packing list, sipping bills
Handling all key accounts in Middle East and domestic continent.
Responsible for all SAP entries with regards to sales & other authorized areas
Responsible for ensuring timely receipts of payments as agreed with customers through constant monitoring & follow ups
Addressing customer complaints & co-coordinating an effective solution
Responsible for the coordinating customer requirement with the joint ventures & sister concerns as far as product development & other allied areas
