Implementation of Quality Management System
throughout the duration of program and ensure the
activities required for the operation of QMS are
planned, implemented and controlled and their
progress monitored.
* Preparing/Updating AEB Project Quality Plan,
Forms/Templates and its implementation
* Ensure process and procedures at the site are followed
as per latest approved PQP.
* Review, approval and monitoring compliance of
Contractor’s PQP and Approving Contractor QA/QC
Manager and Engineers and monitoring their
performance
* Review, evaluate, comment, and recommend on
documentary, technical, and material submissions
* Monitoring Contractor’s KPI and Chairing/ attending
QA/QC meetings and coordination meetings
* Develop a QA/QC review report in a form of Lesson
Learnt Document, which could be used to improve the
next project, where new strategies could be
implemented for improvement
* Coordinate in preparation of handing-over documents
such As-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance
Manual, Test & Certificates, Warranty & Guarantee
Certificates and other important handing-over
documents as stated on the contract requirements
* Ensure the QMS audits (Internal/Contractor) are
performed as per plan.
* Ensure the RCAR and NCR are issued/closed as per
Contract and approved PQP.
* Review and Monitor the Weekly, Monthly reports
* Continuous professional development by attending
related seminars, technical workshop etc.

preventive action.

* Prepare the quality plan and project quality
management procedures for the program and review
and evaluate contractor’s project Quality plan.
* Analyze NCRs and prepare recommendations to
management for process improvement. Find out root
cause analysis and report principle cause of quality
losses and non-conformance and propose suitable
corrective action.
* Managing technical submissions and conduct regular
audit on document control and filing system for ISO
compliance.
* Prepare QAQC Report and power point presentation
for weekly and monthly report
* Review all Tender documents for Quality section,
method statement, ITP, All Pre-Qualification
documents including testing labs
* Identify and communicate lessons learned through
project life cycle.
* Conduct orientation session/Quality training on QMS
for the project personnel
* Attend Program /project level QAQC Meetings
* Ensure all as built drawings O&M manuals, Project
dossiers are submitted and ensure snags/punch items
are corrected and signed off

Responsible to implement, monitor and document the
QA/QC activities as per the established quality control
plans and Quality Control procedures narrated in the
project quality plan.
* Conducts the work inspection, material inspection with
consultant.
* Submits the test reports, specification, and method
statement to consultant for their approval
* Maintains all documents as per the QA/QC plan.
* Ensures that the quality of material and installation of
works are in accordance with company quality control
procedures and specifications.
* Prepares work method statements, quality assurance
plan, inspection and test plan.
* Reviews subcontractor’s inspection test plan, project
quality plan for conformance to specification.

* Conducts inspection and monitors the required tests to

factory or supplier compliance certificate have been
