Role and Responsibilities
•Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
•Liaising with project planning engineer regarding construction programme.
•Quality control in accordance with the specification of construction management.
•Resolving technical issues with site engineers and supervisors.
•Observance of safety requirements.
•Checking the bill of quantities and resolving corrections.
•Providing data in respect of variation orders in site instructions.
•Resolving the departmental issues.
•Oversee operations in day to day basis.
•Preparing drawings for the construction in Auto cad.

Role and Responsibilities

•Calculating quantity of materials.
•Checking materials and the work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
•Observance of safety requirements.
•Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
•Quality control in accordance with the specification of construction management.
•Measurement and valuation in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate.
•Providing data in respect of variation order with in site instructions.
•Preparing record drawings, technical report, site diary, daily progress report, monthly progress report and subcontractors bill etc.
•Tracking up the material wastage.
•Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineer.
•Job review of subordinate staff.
•Keep in close contact with members of site team in all times.
