• Preparing, monitoring, and updating detailed construction schedule.
• Closely monitoring site progress and comparing with planned/target progress. And identifying delay events if there is any delay/constrains.
• Earned Value management, CPI & SPI analysis.
• Risk Analysis & Mitigation.
• Preparing Manpower & Equipment Histograms, S-curves
• Identifying the Long Lead Items and preparing separate procurement Tracking sheet.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, Labor Productivity Reports etc.
