1. Supervising Customer Service Department.
• Direct and supervise staff and other employees performing customer services for guests.
• Provide superior customer service to Mall Management, provide timely and courteous responses in order to meet customer needs.
• Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Lead staff, staff positioning, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details and managing breaks.

2. Supervising security department.
• Assist the Security Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the security department, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the security department, staff and all operations relating to safety and legal affairs.
• Monitoring and securing visitors and shoppers.
• Also to perform as a Control room operating officer (CCTV) to assure safe, efficient and reliable operation.
• Contributes to promoting a safety conscious attitude on the part of all employees and ensuring that safe work practices are followed and a safe and clean work environment is maintained.
• To efficiently communicate with all the assigned securities from outside to inside vicinity of the mall.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Security Manager.
3. Supervising housekeeping department.
• Ensuring cleanliness in and around the mall.
• Proper staffing in the food court area and instruct employees on cleaning
