Ensure operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and budget.
Manage and support engineering technicians group to reach established goals.
Maintain employee’s technical competence and strive for excellent customer service.
Support facilities engineering and technically assist plant in areas of installation, startup, repair, and training
Manage and assist distribution and generation equipment and systems performance.
Assist Facility HOD in installation, repair, maintenance and alteration of production support machineries, equipments and building.
Manage PM work for production support machineries, revise routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required.
Perform and maintain facilities building services.
Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.
Recommend solution and prepare relevant reports to ensure proper selection of outsourced services.
Operation and Maintenance for:
•Al Farwaniya Court complex and Al Jahra Court Complex
Both the court complex comprises of 3BF+GF+16F (20 floors) storied building. Court rooms, deliberation rooms, office rooms etc.. Glycol system (Thermal Energy Storage system) is also implemented for an additional thrust for chilled water system in peak summer condition when the ambient temperature cross the design limits. All systems are incorporated with building automated system.
Chillers experienced - Carrier - Water cooled (Aqua Edge); 600 TR, 4 nos.
- Trane - Air cooled ( CGAM model ); 20 TR, 2 nos.
- Dunham Bush -Water cooled ( E series ); 320 TR, 4 nos. \[ Glycol sys\]
- York - Water cooled ( MaxE ); 600 TR, 4 nos.
AHU experienced - Euroclima. 152 nos.
FCU experienced - Euroclima. 77 nos.
Cooling Tower - Marley SPX. 9 nos.
Thermal storage - FAFCO thermal energy storage tanks, 4 nos.
•Operation & maintenance, both preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs.
•Operational knowledge in Glycol chiller.
•De-scaling of condensor water tubes and evaporator tubes ( Carrier, York ).
•Servicing and cleaning of cooling towers ( induced draft - counter flow )
•Servicing of chilled water pumps, condenser pumps, heat exchanger pumps, glycol pump etc..
•Chemical treatment of condenser water and chilled water to maintain good lab report.
Operation and Maintenance :
•Al Jouf University ( Medical Science Building )
This university campus situated at the north western region of Saudi Arabia. Medical Science building is one of the main and important building in the campus which have a number of class rooms, medical lab rooms, office rooms, party halls, leisure rooms, prayer rooms etc.. and all comprised in a G+4 building.
Chiller experienced - Trane - Air cooled (RTAC) 500 TR, 6 nos.
AHU experienced - Trane 68 nos
FCU experienced - Trane, Carrier 384 nos
•Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipments and perform troubleshoot on HVAC equipments .
•Manage all metal duct components and install all HVAC systems and monitor all provide resolutions for all emergency alarm in systems and perform repair to all ventilating air conditioning units.
•Conducts engineering and feasibility and economic studies and prepare reports on findings.
•Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all processes and resolve all issues.
Data fixation including HVAC design duty parameters and head calculations to determine required capacity and type of AC required.
Prepare concept designs and design basis report with recommendation of suitable AC system with analysis of options including cost benefit analysis.
Prepare BOQ, cost benefit analysis, tech specs and tender documents.
Assist clients in tender evaluation and vendor selection.
Guide HVAC draughtsman for detailed design work including preparation of working drawings.
Co-ordinate with utility, electrical design groups, project managers and clients for completion of co-ordinate services drawings.
Timely completion of projects including testing and handing over of HVAC systems and AS-Built drawings.
Looked after the erection of HVAC piping and accessories on the site.
Preparation of BOQ and BOM.
Assessment of project schedules and promotes the timely flow of information to peers and management.
Planning HVAC systems and can also be a part of implementation and commissioning..
