• Project Leader for Load Bank Testing of one 2MW and two 1.2MW Generators at NEOM Bay Airport including synchronization testing through Main Distribution Board and advised client for load testing through MDB.
• Managed key stakeholders from AECOM, ICAD, First Fix and Stead during load bank testing at NEOM Bay Airport Project.
• Successfully commissioned/upgraded the protection scheme of existing generator by implementing Energy Reduction Maintenance System(ERMS) at Bin-Quraya Fish Hatchery and defended and received approval from Aramco Project management team( PMT).

• Developing successful Project Plans in Microsoft Project for Clients like Maaden Aluminum, SEC, and PEAX Rental Equipment to support the TATS service department.
• On-site Training for solar light towers to Clients like RED Sea Global at Umluj and PEAX Equipment rental.
• Repair of complete solar light towers at TATS workshop.
• AutoCAD design of the synchronization panel for the 13.8 kV, and 1937.5 kVA Generator for the Royal Protocol Riyadh Project.
• Hands-on experience in the manufacturing process with the Saudi Diesel Equipment Company of the synchronization panel for the royal protocol project to support filling up the gap in human resources.
• Supervision of project team ensuring wiring diagrams at the site was made according to the design and calibrating AVR and Governor with the DSE 8610 MKII Controller for synchronization.
• Negotiating with a sub-vendor engineer to make any design changes required at the site for proper operation of ATS and MV Switchgear panel.
• I designed a new upgraded Synchronization panel for Cummins C276 D6 Genset to start a training initiative for the project team to support future similar projects and to improve commissioning capabilities.
• Project Planning in MS Project with hands one execution for testing of 11 No. Transformers that include TTR Test, IR Test, and Winding Resistance Tests for PEAX Equipment Rental
• Prepared Fittings that include flanges with a gasket to take oil samples (ASTM D923) for 11 No. Transformers for PEAX equipment rental.
• Coordinated with Laboratory for quotation of oil tests required and preparing standard bottles for Transformer Oil samples.
• Giving technical support with single line diagrams, preparing BOM, and Method of Statement for many Generator/UPS load testing projects involving low voltages, medium voltages, and loads as high as 5MW. The clients include KAFD, Cummins Arabia, Energy Equipment Rental (ENERCO), Arabian Drilling, ICAD ETC.
• Effortlessly filling the void created during vacations of the sales team/Procurement (PO/PR/Payment Request)/Administration Department.
• Performing many administrative duties including managing project files like Work order Opening, FSR, PO/PR, Overtime, Invoicing, and closing with all costs entered for load testing projects.
• I planned, managed, and monitored the complete repair and maintenance of the transformer oil Processing unit rated at 170 kVA, consisting of three-stage Cartridge Filters, Booster Pump, Vacuum Pump, Condenser, Vacuum Gauge, Temperature Gauge, and Heaters.
• Preparing plans and guidelines for operating T/F Oil Filtration plants.
• Successfully reconditioned Mineral oil for PEAX TR-045 3150 kVA Transformer verified by mineral oil analysis report issued by ISCOSA.
