Supervision of all Electrical works in IRON AND STEEL Plant (Installation of cable tray, Control Panel and Switchgear Installation, Termination of Control cables and Power Cables (HV&LV upto 4002mm), Cable pulling, and lighting work.

Preparation of as built drawings.

• Supervision of all Electrical works in Petrochemical Plant (Installation of cable tray, Control Panel and Switchgear Installation, Termination of Control cables and Power Cables (HV&LV upto 4002mm), Cable pulling, lighting works, Cathodic protection.
• Punch list clearing.
• Coordinating with the Subcontractor about the work front.
• Preparation of as built drawings.
• Preparation of weekly progress reports.
• Monitoring the progress of Subcontractors.

• Coordination with Testing Engineers and Technicians.
• Preparation of NCR.
• Preparation of TMR.
• Testing of all protection & metering system including Current Transformers & Potential Transformers Relays by ABB and Areva for incomers, Bus couplers, Transformers and feeders as per check list.
• Pre checking of Protection and LCC panels
• Testing of Current and Voltage transformers.
• Testing of Circuit Breakers(High voltage test, Insulation resistance, Contact resistance)
• Testing of Protection panel and LCC panels.
• Monitoring the progress of Subcontractors.

• Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance & troubleshooting of Electrical Equipments such as Power Transformers, Instrument Transformers, Distribution Transformers, HT-LT panels, VCC, VCB, ACB, Isolators, lighting Transformer, Battery charger 200Ah, VRLA Battery, AC & DC UPS, Lighting System etc.
• Carry out condition monitoring & predictive maintenance of different electrical equipments in Substation.
• Preparation & Implementation of PM schedule and inspection schedule of various Electrical Equipments.
• Routine maintenance jobs like transformer oil sampling, Inspection of HT-LT Isolators, Lightning Arrestors, Switchgear, Temporary power supply etc.
• Programming & Fault analysis for various EASUN REYROLLE, ALSTOM, and AREVA& ABB make Electromechanical& numerical relay.
• Root causes Analysis (RCA) of equipment breakdown and to carry out corrective and Preventive action for the same.
• Monthly consumption checklist and Follow-up with Stores & Purchase for timely supply of required spares.
• Organizing & conducting Electrical safety audits, training to subordinates.
• Controlling of inventory of spares and consumables.
• Allocation of man power for various daily maintenance works.
• Involve in Planning of routine maintenance job & shutdowns related job.
• Preparation of Control Wiring Scheme & Control Wiring of 110KV, 66KV, 11KV Feeder and Transformer Panels.
Exposure of erection, testing & commissioning to wide range of Electrical Equipments.
Power Transformers up to (40 MVA) and Distribution Transformers (2 MVA).
Siemens AREVA, ALSTOM, ABB make HT switchgears, L&T make LT switchgears (PCC, MCC & PMCC).
Testing of all protection & metering system including Current Transformers & Potential Transformer relays by Siemens and Areva for incomers, bus couplers, transformer feeders as per check list.
Testing of VCB & ACB
Testing of Power & Distribution transformers
Battery Charger, VSD & UPS.
Emergency DG set.
Electrical distribution management
Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans.
Monitoring and analysis of all the progress of the construction activities, identifying any variances between the planned and actual progress and advising their impact on the overall program.
Preparation of the monthly cost report which shows all direct and indirect project costs against the budget.
Monitoring of contractor's performance against its schedule program, deliverables and milestones and to identify corrective actions as may be required.
Conducting meetings with vendors/agencies, Reviewing schedule and various document submitted by different vendor/agencies and suggesting remedial action in line with our project schedule to complete the project in scheduled time.
Preparation of Monthly and Weekly progress reports.
Responsible for all Electrical works including 11kv Cable laying, Transformer erection, Diesel generator erection, Panel board & DB erection, Lighting & power wiring, Lightning Protection and Grounding, External Lighting, installation of ELV Systems (CCTV, Public Address, Telephone/Data etc) etc.
Coordinate Electrical work with Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Specialist Disciplines.
Vender /Subcontractor management.
Planning of materials and manpower management.
Taking approval from State Electricity board and Electrical Inspectorate.
Designing of Schematic diagrams, lighting & power layouts for apartments.
Ensuring the execution of work as per rules of local authorities.
Preparation of measurement sheets.
Monitoring the progress of Subcontractors.
Ensuring the quality of work.
Checking of bills submitted by Contractors.
Evaluation with the Project Managers regarding the progress of vendors and subcontractors.
