JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for recording and updating of daily workers movement reports and workers current
status in ERP.
• Forwarding all mobilization forms through email to the assigned site supervisors, operations
management, accounts and Sales department.
• Prepares documents for clearance of Workers and coordinates with Management to obtain
technical specifications and other related information needed for Gate passes.(CNIA)
• Insert ID numbers in the system and updates categories to place accurate orders. Sends requests to
Clients to confirm the mobilization.
• Gathers information on unavailable Categories and disseminate to Clients and Sales Department.
This includes providing feedback to the Sales Team in a timely manner and taking further action if
required.
• Reviews the status of back orders and send to clients to meet their demands if necessary.
• Prepares a weekly report on Mobilization details and current status of idle workers.
• Recording under process for cancellation and so with cancelled employees in ERP.
• Recording and updating under medical and vacation workers in ERP.
