• Preparing all Project Deliverables for submission
• Maintaining proper numbering systems for the documents submitting to the client for approval.
• Prepare separate logs for Transmittal submittals, Correspondence Submittals, RAMs submittals etc.
• Provide the status of all submittals to all the Engineers and top level managements.
• Maintain proper filing of all Project related deliverables both in hard copy and also to keep back up for all the documents by scanning the same.
• Prepare the documents for to submit to the Client in order to process the gate passes for the site people.
• Updating all the revision documents with the superseded one and keep in file the old revision for future clarifications.
• Arranging internal meetings prior to the weekly construction meeting with the client.
• Preparing Internal Memos, Warning letters, etc.
• Preparing Tender Documents.
• Gathering information regarding new and upcoming tenders from New Paper, Official Company Website etc.
• Updating Company Profile.
• Updating all incoming and outgoing documents with all details of it.
• Preparing/ Drafting Correspondences to clients
• Preparing internal memo’s
• Collecting daily progress reports from all the engineers and sending a weekly report to CEO
• Providing any documents requested by clients at the earliest.
• Proper communications with everyone.
• Maintaining electronic data for each document that receives and goes out.
• Tracking validity, expiry & renewal of company general documents like Insurance Policies, Third party Policies, and Tender Bonds etc.
• Maintaining separate area for drawings filing.
• Updating the drawings when new revision comes.
• Maintaining the every document in hard copy and soft copy clearly based on subject, date, revision etc.
• Attending phone calls, letter drafting etc.
• Preparing weekly report, monthly progress report
• Preparing construction schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Self correspondence.
• Sending and receiving email and faxes.
• Operating photocopier.
• Maintaining all confidential files.
• Initializing the system with project data.
• Maintaining the up to date data either from external sources (construction contractor) or from engineering databases.
• Issuing periodical progress and statistical reports from the system.
• Verifying data consistency.
• Liaise with technical department for most updated engineering information.
• Conducting Construction Walk-down by Coordinating with Client and Sub-Contractors.
• Preparing Turn over Book (Final Handover Documents).
Completed Bachelor of Commerce with 52 % of marks without any arrears.
