• Worked as RF Network Drive/Walk Test and Initial Tuning Coordinator with Ericsson for Etisalat on GSM/ WCDMA-UMTS (U900/U2100)/ LTE-FDD1800 Modernization & Roll Out Project.
• Coordination with all activities of partners for Rollout with Initial tuning, Integration, Implementation & NOC for all drive test activities i.e Swaps (Cutover), New sites, New Carrier Activation & U900.
• Interface Customer, implementation mangers and integration engineers.
• KPI monitoring/analysis such CS/PS CSSR, PS RAB SSR., CS/PS CDR, CS Traffic, PS/HSDPA/HSUPA Traffic, IRAT HO.
• Initial tuning acceptance report submission to Customer.
• Planning Pre & Post swap Phase drive/walk tests for clusters including SSV’s.
• Deploying & Assisting of 10 Drive Test Teams for troubleshooting equipment issues in the field for all tests on IBS, Macro, Micro sites.
