Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and Project team for the preparation, and submission of
method statements of various construction activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and Project team for the preparation, and submission of
work notifications of various construction activities as per the schedule requirement.
Conduct site surveillance; liaise with subcontractors for the work progress. Verify/analyze the
resource adequacy/requirement for achieving the schedule. Implement corrective actions for any
variations from the plan and verify the effectiveness.
Coordinate with QA QC team and conduct internal material inspections to ensure the compliance to
specification.
Conduct work inspections to ensure the compliance to drawings and specifications and raise work
inspection requests to QA QC department.
Coordinate/ liaise with subcontractors for completing the consultant’s inspection comments,
corrective actions for the NCRs and deficiencies recorded by the QA QC team within the agreed
time.
Provide accurate project progress status to Section Manager daily.
Ensure the implementation of Project HSE program and safe work practices in the project.
Conduct red line drawings review for accuracy and incorporation of all information.
Conduct internal snagging; liaise with subcontractor to close all the snags identified by the Project
team and consultants.
Coordinate/ liaise with subcontractors, Project team and consultants for the testing and
commissioning activities of the project.
Preparation of IREs, Revising Method Statement and ITPs and submitting to QRIT for approval
Carrying out Inspection of Mechanical installations with sub-contractor, consultant, reviewing the
comments and submitting to QRIT for approval.
Providing technical input and experience to resolve discipline-related engineering issues on the
project.
Maintaining open communication with the client and contractor's discipline engineers on project
related issues.
Coordinating the works to ensure successful project hand-over
Preparing project reports (written and photographic) on progress of works, quality and technical
conformance of the works, safety and other matters.
Attending technical and progress meetings with the contractor/client's representative.
Identifying issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior project management as
necessary.
Preparing Method Statement for Installation of All mechanical Works.
Conducting Material Inspection with the consultant Engineer as per approval.
Checking the Shop Drawings for Submission to the consultant.
Conducting Pre-Inspection with the Site Engineers.
Inspection of All Mechanical installations as per method of statement and Approved Drawing.
Preparing Inspection Tracking Logs and Weekly Reports.
Attending meeting with Engineers and main contractor.
Conducting all equipment Testing and Commissioning with T & C Team.
Checking the Snag works, The Snag which is given by the T & C Team.
Design, Execution, Testing and commissioning of HVAC system
To Prepare HVAC Shop drawings, As-built drawings by using AutoCAD, Co-ordinate with
Structural, Architectural and Civil drawings.
To prepare the selection of machines like VRV machines, FCU’s, AHU's and Fans on the basis of
heat load calculations from respective model of Daikin and System Air
Preparations of quotations, variations, substantiation and running bills of concerned projects
Material requirement charts, Project progress report preparation.
Co-ordination with consultant, client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors, Arranging & forecasting
of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement.
To handle a work force of people on site, sorting out the Technical issues during site work, attending
monthly site meeting.
Coordination with Civil team & MEP subcontractor in order to finish the works on time.
Coordinating with design consultants and other agencies to facilitate work front at site
