To provide secretarial and administrative support for the Project manager.
Manage department correspondence and communications and maintain daily calendar.
Receiving the drawings and documents from the sub contractors to get the approval from the concerned departments.
Arrange the meeting venues according to the project manager.
To prepare and distribute the MOM (Minutes Of Meeting) to all the attendees and to the Management. Handled all official company correspondence efficiently

Responsible for training of new employees who joined the organization.
Answered phones and met with the public to answer their queries. Distribution of the documents / drawings to the engg., projects, proposal etc for approvals according to the requirements specified.
Transferring the approved drawings / documents back to the sub contractors
To ensure the work has been started for the approved drawings.
To maintain a data record of all the documents drawings received in the dept.

• Typing: 50-60 wpm • Strong organization and analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, office etiquette and phone manners. • Software: All Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect and Excel. • Administrative and management skills • Proficient in Financial and Cost accounting, and well aware of Financial environment in an organization • Advanced computer skills, Including Ms Office package, • Accounting Packages • Internet Explorer, • Data Base management and Trouble shooting • Understanding of Organizational behavior and sensitiveness and diversity in working environment
