• Direct end-to-end accounting operations, managing General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations for multinational entity with multi-million dollar transaction volumes
• Prepare IFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with comprehensive footnote disclosures for management review and regulatory filing
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all accounting modules
• Lead coordination of internal and external audit engagements; manage audit responses, documentation, and corrective action implementation
• Supervise a high-performing accounting team of 6 professionals; direct daily operations, performance management, and professional development initiatives
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies; serve as primary liaison for regulatory matters
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
• Assisted in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Support forecasting activities by collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data from multiple departments.

Responsible for all treasury management reporting. This includes monthly Treasury Reports for senior management, working with the business units globally on cash reporting and analysis, plus ad-hoc projects and support to the Group Treasury Director & to Group CFO.

Manages and monitors daily cash management transactions, reports cash operations activities, and executes borrowing/investment transactions. Ensures liquidity and prepares cash flow projections. Additional responsibilities assisting in the development of bank relationships and banking system evaluation and suggestions for improvements include settlement of inter-company transactions.

In charge of three divisions reporting directly to GM - Finance/ Director, supervising the day-to-day activities and presenting the Financial Statement periodically to the management.
Preparation and finalization of financial statements, cost records, bank and branch reconciliation.  Preparation of MIS Reports
