Overall Design responsibility of Open, Silent and Containerized D.G. sets.
• Layout Preparation according to customer requirements
• Selection of various accessories as per requirement.
• Initial calculation required for D.G. set system i.e. Ventilation, back pressure, room ventilation,
foundation etc.
• Conceptual design of various system i.e. Piping and instrumentation diagram for cooling system,
fuel system and exhaust system.
• Initial B.O.M preparation for costing.
• Initial preparation of GAD of containerized set for customer approval.
• Preparation of complete set of B.O.Q and B.O.M for the system after approval.
• Design of Fuel tank and exhaust union box based on space constraint available with the container set.
• Design of each items required for the complete system.
• Detailed fabrication drawing for the container and sheet metal parts.
-Daily schedule planning of production and manufacturing.
-Inspection of SS 314 and G.I wires according to given specification.
-Inspecting the quality of production by hourly inspection.
