Evaluate and Treat patients referred for rehabilitation >Assess patients with different disabilities from Pediatric cases to Geriatric cases and give Physical Therapy diagnosis and submit them to the Physiatrist or the Chief Physical Therapist for further evaluation.
>Supervise the treatment procedure of patients inside the hospital (150 bed capacity), making sure that the treatment protocol is followed and the best of care should be given properly at all times.
>Gathering of all the patients’ data on a daily basis and encode them in our system for evaluation purposes to see if the treatment is effective or not and also to evaluate the right kind of Physical Therapy Modalities to be used for that specific patient.
>Supervise interns numbering up to twenty people or more with five Physical Therapy volunteers with their assigned duties and work.
>Give specific work plan or instructions to all interns and volunteers as well.
