• Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives.
• Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required.
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Actively sell and support Nalco Champion innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Champion.
Install, run and operate Data Acquisition system; consists of wireless sensors, logger, Modbus configuration and real time data view via FEKETE software.
Troubleshoot, calibrate and configure Data Acquisition system different wireless sensors (pressure sensors, temperature sensors, liquid flow sensors and differential pressure sensors).
Perform rigging-up, rigging-down and operation for surface well testing, clean-up and DST jobs in on-shore and off-shore locations.
Mange well-testing reports and activity log sheet and tool-box talk during start-up and operation.
Assist in preparation of surface well testing package as per job requirement for the on-going and upcoming operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
o Use company’s resources/expertise platform to create and develop valued reports to the customer showing the effectiveness of the chemical treatment program, introducing new innovative solutions, or reducing total cost of operation.
o Operate, calibrate and maintain company’s chemical dosing pumps, which used as a part of the chemical treatment solution.
