• Assisted with Alstom in 110MW GT Generator Stator rewinding.
• Assisted with Alstom in 15 KV FKG Breaker Major Overhauling.
• Assisted with MR in 132 KV Tap Changer Diverter Switch Major Overhauling.
• Assisted with MR in 33 KV Tap Changer Diverter Switch Major Overhauling.
• Experience in medium voltage switch gear panels, MCC panels, Circuit breakers (ACB/VCB/SF6).
• Complete over hauling and testing of breakers: Breaker time test, contact resistance test, Manual and electrical functional operation tests.
• Hands on experience & knowledge on Bus Bar Fixing, Control Wiring
• Reporting of daily site progress and other issues to the project manager
• Coordination with Engineers from other Engineering disciplines for the timely completion of the project.
• Responsible for all Electrical erection activities at Execution stage.
• Experience with the operation and maintenance of Power Transformers, Generators
• Maintenance of motors, motor control circuit, Motorized valves actuators.
• Preparing schedules, execution plans and job progress reports.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Motor starters, soft starters, battery chargers
• Coordination of all sub contract works for timely completion of project.
• Maintenance of Automatic transfer switch, Air circuit breakers
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of 6.6KV VFD
• Handling independent charge of construction, operation and maintenance of Secondary substation at Voltage levels of 6.6 KV/ 400V.
• Involved in Planning and Execution of Maintenance Schedules for the Electrical Equipments.
• Cable laying, Glanding and Termination, including FRP Cable tray erection and steel structural works according to the cable tray layout and Cable schedule.
• Handled the duty of lighting the entire plant area, including erection and commissioning of Industrial type Weather and Flame proof light fixtures, lighting panels, lighting Transformers and junction boxes.
• Installation and commissioning of Industrial type flame and weather proof Local control stations and Local Control Panels.
• 110 MW GT Generator stator rewinding, testing
• 15 KV FKG Breaker Major Overhauling.
• 132 KV and 33KV Transformer Tap changer diverter switch major overhauling

Three years’ experience as Project Engineer (Electrical) in HMEL Petroleum Refinery, India, A joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Mittal Energy Investment Pte.Ltd, Singapore - a Lakshmi N Mittal Group Company.
• Familiar with Industrial Erection practices and installation standards.
• Review of engineering procedures and documents
• Follow up with Consultants and Client in case of any technical issues.
• Commissioning of Electrical Equipments.
