Responsible of 10+ Major accounts
Plan and Forecast Projects from Prospective Customers
Be aware and updated of business trends and market changes
Prepare a list of prospective customers, and projects expected to finalize within the same financial year
Achieve the Target through the planned and forecasted prospects
Negotiate and win projects from the customers those create a financial profit to CNS
Ability to sell the whole portfolio of CNS
Responsible for Achieving Yearly Quota
Achieve yearly and quarterly Target assigned by Sales Manager
Responsibility for winning projects
Total coverage of assigned market segments, and increase the company’s market share in such segments
Develop new accounts
Enhancing customer satisfaction and ability to build long-term relationship
Ensure that all escalation process is in use, if required
Good knowledge of customer requirements and behavior
Good technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
Propose Technical and Commercial Solutions from CNS to the Prospective Customers
Professionally represent the company
Align with principal partners to provide turnkey solutions
Ensuring proposals or any other information is prepared accurately and submitted properly
Propose solutions based on added values rather than on price
Hold tasks concerning Enterprise IT Solutions(Network Infrastructure(Active and Passive), Storage and servers, Security, Backup Solutions, Archiving, Disaster Recovery, Wan Optimization and Virtualization, besides: Client engagement, business development, sales and consulting in addition to proposal, bid and tender generation.
Manage product/service pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Propose and negotiate SLA's and close deals.
Conduct follow-up tasks.
Communicate with Vendors and Distributors for job related purposes
Generate Quotations, POs & Invoices and follow up with all related departments during process.
Ensure Service of Installation and Implementation is delivered on time.
Ensure that clients know to use the services and provide assistance if necessary.
Maintain accounts of strategic clients by following up Renewals.
Attend training sessions regularly to maintain up-to-date knowledge about Enterprise IT Solutions. Mainly on Storage, Servers, Security and Networking
Maintain good understanding of IT Products such as HP, Oracle, Cisco, and Microsoft.
Maintain excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Was the Game Designer/Analyst for a project called "Operation Arabia", I have designed/Documented and co-programmed the new weapon system in the game. And designed a different approach of the game from scratch(Documentation, Algorithm design and pseudo code). Also, I used to test the basic operations and functioning of the modules in the projects and provide a full report.
During my time at ASU, I've started a game development club and taught students how to start there own game using unity engine and scripting on C#. I've also received a certificate of appreciation for my graduation project and got an outstanding grade of 93%
