commercial performance, ISO 9001/45001 systems, workforce, HSEQ, and strategic growth. Currently
developing FleetIQ — an AI-driven asset performance and maintenance intelligence venture for heavy
vehicle and transport environments.

including Adelaide Desalination Plant ($1.3B), Dana Petroleum FPSO China ($900M), Northern Sewage
Project VIC ($600M tunnelling), Kempsey Bypass Alliance NSW ($350M, OFSC-accredited), and seven
concurrent Vic/Tas infrastructure programs spanning tunnelling, water, rail, communications, and
power. Delivered 24 consecutive months LTI-free on the Kempsey Alliance.

APAC & International Operations
Mobilised and led operations across Singapore, Philippines, Laos, Thailand, and China —
simultaneously managing concurrent international projects including Ambuklao & Binga Hydropower
Rehabilitation Philippines ($180M), 916 Tunnel Singapore ($120M), and Phu Kham Gold & Copper Mine
Laos ($40M) — across multiple regulatory frameworks, contractor environments, and cultures.

Embedded operational leader on the $350M Kempsey Bypass Alliance — OFSC-accredited Pacific
Highway civil infrastructure. Delivered 24 consecutive months LTI-free. Finalist, NSW WorkCover Safety
Awards 2011. Full regulatory assurance accountability to the Alliance Board.

Client-side safety leadership on the construction of Chinas first round FPSO — a $900M offshore
project. Developed safety and risk management plans, managed EPC contractor oversight, and
handled operational risk management across a complex multi-national construction environment.

Operational leadership across John Hollands Southern Region — a $1B+ portfolio spanning civil,
building, rail, tunnelling, and specialist infrastructure. Restructured regional safety team operations
and embedded risk ownership at project delivery level across multi-site, multi-discipline programs.

Led QSE operations across McConnell Dowells Tunnelling and Underground Division — simultaneously
managing concurrent international projects in the Philippines, Laos, Thailand, and Singapore while
overseeing Australian operations. Monthly international travel across complex, high-consequence
underground environments.

HSE coordination across major infrastructure operations including Northern Sewage Project VIC ($600M
tunnelling), Melbourne Main Sewer Project ($200M), and Barwon Water Alliance ($140M).

Thirteen years service as a Marine Technician across fleet operations, engineering maintenance, and
shipboard systems — including Fleet Auxiliary Tankers, firefighting systems, and multi-discipline
technical operations in demanding maritime environments. Developed core operational discipline and
high-consequence decision-making.
