Perform all aspects of maintenance works and various manpower projects, in the premises of MBC
studios located in Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon, including:
- Prepare the stages’ mechanical and technical infrastructure to make it ready for filming
- Assist the staff during the filming process to mitigate, prevent or remedy any problem or risks that
may impact the work during live broadcasts.
- Implement architectural projects in the outside premises of MBC such as assembling steel and bricks
pergolas, handrails, sidewalks etc…
- Implement all plumbing works needed for the studios and its surroundings.
- Repair all and any damage in and around the studios
- Daily checkups on the assets including power generators, filming equipment etc…

 Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets. Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation Assemble fittings and valves for installation Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building Use saws and pipe cutters as necessary Install heating systems, including water heaters Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems Analyze problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair Choose plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended uses of building Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Perform all plumbing maintenance and repair works for individual end users.

1. Install all solar system items, i.e. tubes and mirrors.2. Install boilers and burners as per the needed specs.3. Install pipes for the heating system (PEX, PPR, steel…) in addition to the needed fittings and accessories.4. Install insulation for the heating pipes.5. Assemble and install the heating radiators.6. Test the solar and the heating systems for any defect.7. Perform repair when needed.
