Manage two owned and three hired warehouses for packaging and raw material for the Bakery Division.
• Responsible for receipt and storage of material as per AIB and HAACP standards.
• Direct five supervisors, 75 warehouse and support staff.

Initiated reporting of nonmoving, expired, and obsolete material

Took over and completely revamped the procedure to identify scrap generation and disposal resulting in more than 100% increase in scrap revenue.

Achievements
• Successfully pushed through approvals for disposal of 475 pallets of nonmoving and obsolete packaging material.
• Scrap revenue averaging approximately SAR 64, 000 from SAR 30, 000 in 2011.

• Reduced inventory discrepancies to less than 1% of total value from a previous range of 1.5% to 2%.

Managed two cold storage warehouses of 100, 000 pallets
• Responsible for receipt and storage of fresh dairy and juice products as per Almarai standards.
• Directed three supervisors, 85 warehousepersons and support staff.
• Managed receiving, picking, and shipping of 60, 000 pallets per shift.
• Operated facility in compliance with Almarai standards for quality and health and safety as per HAACP, OSHA, and ISO-22000.

• Maintained 99.5% service levels serving 45 depots across KSA and GCC region.
• Maintained 98% GMP score and safe working environment throughout the warehouse as per ISO 9001 standards.

Medical transcription
Developed the infrastructure for a new set up as stockist for M/s. Thermax Ltd.
Executed multiple functions as Commercial and Warehouse Manager, inventory control, supervision of receipt and distribution, assisting budget development, account receivables, liaison with Government agencies, all human resource functions including hiring, training, supervising, performance and compensation evaluation, staff development and welfare.
Managed complete operations of the Cold Stores, supervising a a task force of Stock Controllers, Auditors, Loaders, Warehousemen and Pickers, a total of 32 men per shift.
Supervising Distribution operations covering 28 depots all over the Kingdom, the Gulf states as well as Yemen, Eritrea, Libya, Lebanon and Egypt.
Co-ordination with Production and Planning departments as to depot allocations and availability of products within the scheduled Reefer departure times.
Supervising the documentation, Pick Lists, Final Issue Dockets and Reports using Proman system and co-ordination with the Transport Division as to availability of Reefers and other related matters.

Responsible for switching over from a Manual system of Excise Accounting and Documentation to a FoxPro based Computer System.
