Head all IT projects in the 3 companies of the group holding, such as: SAP integration projects - Qlik View BI - interfacing with our INFOR WMS - Migration to Office 365 - currently upgrading our BI to Qlik Sense. Managing a new sales app design (UI/UX) project from scratch.

Conduct Environment Assessment session(s) to understand a customer’s business prior to presenting the demo/solution
- Software product(s) presentations tailored to the customer’s pain points and business requirements
- Respond to Request for Information & Request for Proposals:
• Collaborate with the Product Owners, Head of Software, Head of Professional Services and PMO in writing up a full technical and business proposal
- Design integration with 3rd party software as requested by the customer. Deliver POCs.
- Monitor accurate and correct delivery of software sold
- Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
- Conduct competition analysis
