• Created AWS for digital OKYC, delivered globally with over 100, 000 users, and an AWS for digital on-boarding, delivered globally.

Headed regulatory change within Strategy Risk Methodology covering the delivery of the fundamental review of the trading book BCBS265, QIS delivery, trading/banking book boundary, revised model-based approach, standard rules, and model performance to desk level. • Under tight deadlines and time pressure delivered highly complex and analytical tools to quantify the impact of key Fundamental Review of the Trading Book proposals formulated by financial regulators and key industry working groups.
• Mobilised a team of 50 people, including a highly skilled group of EY consultants, in two months in order to deliver a time sensitive quantitative impact study.
Coordinated with global business and functional areas across global banking and markets including business management, front office, operations, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and legal. Collaborated with design architects to create target operating models and with PMO to ensure delivery against design, roadmap, milestones, and project plans. Held responsibility for Eurozone contingency planning across global, banking, and markets business segments.
• Directed a team of 20 cross-functional team members and administered programme budgets up to $18M.
• Delivered, in six months, the movement of all futures positions held in Singapore and Malaysia legal entities to Hong Kong legal entity, resulting in efficiency gains >USD$20M per annum.
