Key resource in the design and implementation of etisalat online strategy and ecommerce drive that grew online traffic to over 1million hits per month across the portals.

Key resource in 3man team that implemented strategic online initiatives including the auto redirect to airtime purchase platform once data is exhausted. This initiative has greatly impacted overall online revenue.

Direct resource in the development and deployment of etisalat easymobile app. This iOS application enables subscribers to manage their data, voice accounts and customer care support using touch functions. This app has exponentially driven revenue to unprecedented levels across iOS and Android users on the network.

Key Resource in etisalat Project ONE network drive. A single signon initiative that gives the customer much needed leverage with simple tools and cross channel navigation across Etisalat Corporate Portal, eShop, Selfcare and Content Portal, including an unmatched and unified user experience across all touch points on the network.

Key resource in the creation and management of etisalat social media channels Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, including other third part sites from inception of the network. This has helped grow the social network from less than 1k subscribers to almost 1million likes on Facebook alone.

IT Brand and User Experience specialist - mu duties include management of all graphic and visual design both for online and internal usage. Review of marketing communication creative from agencies and partners to ensure it meets our marketing goals.
