Al FARAA Group, General Contracting licensed as a Special Grade Company by the UAE Government has achieved a track record of Excellence spanning multiple types of projects of different configurations and magnitudes. The construction and related services segment of the Al FARAA Group also includes an investment arm MEP supply and services delivered by Al Sabbah Electromechanical, exterior and interior finishing and precast by UNIBETON and Belgium Aluminium and steel structures.
As a member of the group’s Executive Management Team and managing the role of Group CHRO / Group HR & Admin Director & Senior HR Advisor is reporting to the Group Chairman & Vice Chairman, my objective is to drive the Human Capital function at Holding and Sub-Holding levels to support the business strategy, deliver the strategic organization’s goals, ensure the Group is able to attract and retain the necessary talent and executing with the transformation of HR function to deliver top HC quality services.

Achievements:

• Strategic HC & Organizational development - Translated the Group business strategy into annual action plans; Transformation of HR / Capability - ensured employees at Holding & Sub-Holding levels are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possible.
• Succession, Recognition & Retention Plan - Implemented succession plans and recognition & retention strategies for key talents. Developed and executed a learning and development plan that equips individuals with necessary skills.
• PMS & Learning & Development - Support implementing the HR strategy through an advanced PMS & Performance Development Review and identifying relevant learning and development initiatives required per functional area and liaise with Group Learning & Development to ensure appropriate initiatives are delivered.
• Employee Engagement & Relations - Managed ER issues within the Group & business units. Support line managers in creating a culture of employee engagement based upon Al FARAA values. • Law & Compliance - Ensured compliance with local law and Group policy throughout the employee life cycle and supported all ADMIN & Public Relations functions including Legal & Compliance for Labor and Civil cases and Government affairs.
• Business Partnering - Act as a trusted business partner and mentor to BODs, CXOs, VPs, Directors, managers. Consulted and supported line managers across the group and ensured their buy-in to all initiatives. Focus on measuring the employee engagement and take necessary actions based on output results.
Act as change agent and facilitate transition.
• Manpower Planning - Played an active role in assessing Group MP requirements, prepared and reviewed MP budgets and forecast. Ensured annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently.
