RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As Project In Charge I am Responsible for the following multi task work:
• Materials Submittals for approval.
• Method Statement Submittals:
1. Health & Safety Assessment
2. Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
3. Inspection Request
4. Installation of Electrical Materials
• Shop Drawings for Approval -Submittals.
• Material Purchase and Payment Order Request.
• Payment Monthly Billing Submittals.
• Testing and Commissioning Documentation and Implementation.
• Turn over Documents Operation and Maintenance submittals (O & M).
• Quality Control preparation and implementation for all working and material inspection on site within the assigned system such as Power, Lighting, BMS, Central Battery, Audio Video, Fire Alarm, Access control, lightning / Earthing, Tel/Data, Bus duct, Transformer, Generator, Capacitor bank LV/MV Panel.
• Estimation works, Quotation Preparation with Consultant & Supplier's coordination
• Preparation of Electrical Construction Schedule in Tandem to Civil Works.
• Site Supervision, Subcontractor Supervision & Site Coordination.
• Preparation and implementation for Testing and Commissioning inspection as per project specification and for the approval of the owner representative/consultant.
• Assessment of as-built drawings as the final stage with Consultant approval.
