In my current role as an Executive Assistant at Makaseb Group of Companies, I have had the privilege of supporting high-level executives like the CEO and Chairman of the company by efficiently managing their day to day tasks,
correspondence, calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks and project assignments.
I have consistently demonstrated a keen attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
In this role, I was an IT associate in the company responsible but not limited to the following:
❖ Handles restaurants’ POS installation, troubleshooting and networking.
❖ Handles IT concern via phone call or email response.
❖ Troubleshoot and communicate networking or POS concern via phone call and give instructions.
❖ Install Digital Menu via Digital Signage.
❖ Install and troubleshoot CCTV in restaurants and head office.
❖ Handle Makaseb Group of Companies websites and email server.
❖ Administer the company’s ERP (SAGE):
❖ Add or update user’s account.
● Add or update products.
● Troubleshoot records.
❖ Install and Administer support ticketing system via OsTicket CMS
Graduate from AMA Computer Universities under Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Course. I was Dean's Lister from First Trimester SY 2015-2016 and Second Trimester SY 2015 - 2016
