Ensure effective coordination between all sub departments and individuals in order to effectively serve brand customers.
- Ensure that standards of quality and service are constantly upheld at all levels of operations.
- Pre emptive spot checks to make sure that cash and inventory are being dealt with as per prescribed rules and regulations.
- Thoroughly check items (food & non food) from suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Document important customer behavioural trends that have a direct impact on operations and recommend relevant action to the general manager.
- Anticipate needs of daily operations in advance and ensure adequate material and manpower preparation for special events & occasions.
- Coordinate with specialized suppliers, e.g. graphic designers …to effectively execute orders with extraordinary requirements.
- Periodic training of operational staff.
- Ensure that hygiene and sanitation is always practiced in a completely uncompromised manner.
- To be an aware of and to ensure implementation of Municipality regulations in all aspects of operations.
- Report disciplinary issues with staff to the general Manager.
- Closely coordinate with storekeeper regarding availability of products at any given time.
- Working closely with Account dept., HR dept., IT dept. and marketing department.
- Constantly monitor performances at all levels of operations and ensure that cost consciousness is deeply inculcated in each individual.
- Propose operational purchases as per company Purchase Plan for general Manager’s approval.
- Ensure that the production unit is constantly in tune with operational requirements
