• Support for the planning of the logistics of the actions to be implemented in compliance
with the proposals of projects approved by the donors, of the budgets granted and of the
financing agreements and in close coordination with project managers.
• The logistics organization of actions and the follow-up of suppliers: meetings, webinars,
events, missions, training… and in particular:
o The choice and rental of rooms;
o The reservation of the necessary equipment and their proper functioning;
o Catering;
o Interpretation when necessary;
o Travel;
o Local transport;
o Briefcases, badges, lists of participants;
o Creating and sending links for webinars and virtual meetings.
• Financial follow-up and supplier invoices related to the logistics of the actions.
• Send invitations and thank you letters to a diverse group of individuals throughout the
“CGLU” system, WhatsApp, Email, etc..
• Working to modernize and enhance the logistics system “CGLU” in collaboration with the
