- To provide a full planning, work management, analysis and guidance to all OPF operations.
- Plan, assess and liaise with maintenance, operations and service department to ensure availability of resources i.e. manpower, materials, documentation and other support resources required for corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Review schedule compliance on a weekly basis both for preventive and corrective works and report.
- Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
- Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
- Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.
- Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.
- Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
- Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
- Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
- Submit monthly reports to Project Manager and support internal reports preparation.
- Supervise planning and scheduling.
- Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyze and identify improvements.
- Support cost control as per contractual procedures, objectives and requirements.
- Support administrative and organizational activities to perform cost analysis and estimation.
