-Collaboration with IDD (International Design Division) of Shimizu Singapore to reviewed shop drawing the on-going project
- Preparing the DFS (Drawing Foreseen System) to manage Drawing schedule
- Ensuring that all latest approved revisions drawings, material submissions, method statements,
programme of works and other necessary documents are readily available for smooth and timely
execution of works.
- Direct supervising of project resources (Labour, materials and site) ensuring optimum performance
within the scheduled program and budget
- Attending project progress/technical/co-ordination meetings with the Owner, Engineers, and Supervisor.
- Prepare material and equipment requisitions in accordance to budget quantity, technical
specification, quality and cost allowable
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to company and Safety policies and
procedures.
- Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
- Identify non conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep a record. Follow up corrective and preventive measure taken by the Contractor.
- Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of civil /architectural works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
- Review and forward any comments on the contractor’s method statement for installation, execution of the works.
- Review and forward any comments on the contractor’s technical submittals.
