• Being an ambassador for the brands, Represent, guide and help customers by providing information on current fashions trends in order to build customer confidence and relationships
• Ensure that sales and cash are processed accurately. Achieving store targets and KPI's.
• Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand, follows company values
• Create a luxurious experience for every customer entering our boutique in line with exceptional services during their entire visit
• Check stock levels regularly, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking
• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
• Responsible For Shoes department, shipment controlling, Receiving new products checking & tagging. Checking and analyzing sales reports and prepare an action plans by it results to improve sales., Inventory controlling
• Understand and maintain all areas according to current merchandising standards
• Working closely with team members to maximize sales opportunities in store, to reaching set sales targets, cross selling / up selling, and enhances customer satisfaction
• Review Arrival list to Welcome Guests in a friendly and professional way

• Providing information about facilities, programs and other services

• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
• Addressing and escalating customer complaints to The Manager if needed
