Scope of work:
Manages all important documents wither for a particular project or whole organization and ensures that it is easily accessible and stored. Maintains and examines related files to release blueprints, drawings, and Engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments. Coordinates all activities related to document controller, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence. Input the document data into standard registers ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. Generate the various documents control reports required. Typing of Work Inspection Request, Material Submittal, Material Inspection Request, Trial Mix Test Reports etc to be uploaded and transmit via ACONEX system. Make sure that controlled copies of a latest approved documents and drawings are given appropriate staff, subcontractors, supplier as applicable. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and distribution clearly. Maintain all documents in DC office only under the safe custody without any damages or deterioration with easy traceability. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

Assists in the preparation of documents for meetings with clients. Provide administrative/clerical supports to other areas of the department as required. To the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary to the appropriate member of a team. Communicate details of new employees to appropriate colleagues to ensure facilities and equipment are readily available upon commencement of employment. Ensure new employees receive induction packs and associated information on their first day of employment. Make necessary arrangement for new employees to attend induction training update structure charts. To manage the probationary reports using probationary guidance making sure probationary reports are prepared by managers. Managing the recording of sickness absences records including one to ones with returning staff. Responsible for the leaver process including: Leaving correspondence, leaver emails, calculating outstanding annual leave, completing the leaver form for payroll, exit questionnaires, updating structure charts.
Plans organizes and coordinates recruitment activities meets with individuals department and committees to define position, selection criteria, timelines etc. Responds to applicant’s inquiries both orally and in writing. Review employment files to verify minimum qualifications for position are met. Coordinates equivalency process and serves as liaison to equivalency committee. Review interview question, offers suggestion to clarify ambiguous inquiries. Identifies initial salary placement classified and management employees and makes job offers. Complies monitors and track all recruitment statistics. Perform all other duties related to HR Department.
I was graduated on April 1989 in Baliuag University, Philippines and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts in English and I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of Administration with exposure in Human Resources, Secretary, Document Control, etc.
