- Manage and design Architectural Projects from the initial stages (legal viability of the project, application of current regulations, etc) to their conclusion

- Sports Clubs in Saudi Arabia
- Restaurant complex in San Cristobal de Las Casas (Mexico)
- Apartment building in Playa del Carmen (Mexico).

Directed the Department of Architectural Projects of the company where we executed small, medium and large architectural projects simultaneously.

My functions included but were not limited to:
- Administering design teams and architectural projects from the initial stages to their conclusion, achieving an average reduction of 30% in the production time due mainly to the implementation of new work flowcharts and procedures
- Working with concept and detailed design, reaching, among others, the first position in the design contest for a new parking building at the UNACH in Tuxtla Gutierrez (Mexico)
- Co-ordinating with key consultant services including MEP, Structural and Landscape Services, applying a new comunication procedure that allowed a reduction of 80% in compatibility issues

- Residential development La Quinta in San Cristobal de Las Casas (Mexico).

HK is a medium-sized firm established in Mexico. HK performs commercial, housing and institutional projects involving new buildings, additions and renovations.

Designed, ran and monitored building development projects in Guatemala.

My activities included:
- Formulating and analyzing new development projects
- Leading and supervising the rehabilitation of Dolores Clinic, reaching a reduction of 40% in the original budget so that we could get an equivalent increase of the project scope
- Designed and monitored the construction of Martin Community School, adjusting the budget and deadlines to the funder requirements

ASFES is a Non-Governmental Organization established in 1992. It focuses its activities in defense of housing and city at a global level.

Chaired my own architectural studio where we executed many kinds of architectural, town planning and interior design projects and participated in design contests.

Majority of time was spent:
- Designing, managing and supervising architectural projects from the initial stages to their conclusion
- Building client relationships
- Leading the design team and working with fellow architects and technicians, obtaining, among others, an Honour Mention at the design contest for the Rehabilitation of Las Monjas Square in Huelva (Spain) and the Second place at a design contest for social housing organized by the Institute of Housing of Valencia (Spain)

Arada Engineering is a consultancy firm which provides its services in the fields of Industry, Architecture and Urban Planning.

Worked within Grupo Inmobiliario Yespol, a real estate development company focused on the construction of luxury apartment buildings.

My main duties included:
- Coordinating and monitoring buildings under construction
- Producing interior and detailed design
- Providing consultancy services to customers and company

Outstanding works:
- PlayaAzul building (Benidorm, Alicante, Spain). A 33-story building with 140 apartments
- Villa Puerto Beach Building (Pto. Campomanes, Altea, Alicante, Spain). A 9-story building with 63 luxury apartments

Coordinated tourism business startup

Main functions:
- Launched the company business and processed the necessary official documents
- Prepared, defined, managed and monitored recent building construction in Punta Cana
