Responsible for auditing and scanning deficiency of patient medical
records, pulling, filing and preparation of daily patient appointments needed by the Doctor and transfer it via Medinous System.
Assigned in manual physical inventory of all office furniture (i.e. chairs, tables, cabinets etc.) using a barcode scanner, that takes place annually and reconcile all assets at planned interval.
Ensures completeness of the Asset Identification-Valuation.
Updates the physical and software assets real-time and information assets at least twice a year.
Manages insurance claims from patients in doctor’s offices and insurance companies. Adhere to established rules, procedures and policies of the department and the company as a whole and also conducts assessment of completeness of received claim documents.
Manages the flow of goods and information, and other resources between the point of origin and the point of consumption and also deals with the procurement, distribution and maintenance of an operation.
Successfully passed the six weeks comprehensive call center training program of ePLDT Ventus. My main responsibility is to attend to customers’ calls regarding their satellite TV programming, billing and promotions queries and responded to their concerns using the company’s intranet software (CSC web) as guide.
