• I drafted (defenses, arguments, and appeals) that the client may need, as well as drafting contracts of sale and purchase, lease, contract, as well as the drafting of commercial contracts.
• Engage in resolving the "ADR", such as arbitration, mediation and negotiation.
Key achievements
-- I won leasing cases in Abu Dhabi, and helped my clients to recover approximately 150, 000 AED.
-- I helped one of the insurance companies to get financial rights amounting to 1000, 000 AED, in Dubai courts.
-- I was legal advisor for the client wanted to sue "Marina Mall" in Abu Dhabi, and I was able through negotiation session; get a rewarding financial compensation.

• I was responsible for preparing memorandum, especially concerning the affairs of financial claims and compensation, as well as the sale and purchase and transfer of ownership.
• I drafted a lot of Appeals memorandum (Appeal & Cassation Court).
• I represented clients in various courts, and provide the necessary consulting, explaining the legal status of them, taking into account the rules of the profession and the regulations governing them.
• studying of complex cases, and take the final decision to identify the competent court to hear the dispute


Key achievements
• I won numbers of cases and the most important case was "inapplicable force of the disposal of the debtor, " where I was able to restore the rights of my client after he loose it.
• I was able to restore several expensive properties and re-registration under my client name before the competent authorities.
• I had regrouping and restructuring of the Syrian and Egyptian jurisprudence in electronic form, within the library of my design.

• I studied legal methodology, depending on analyzing method in interpreting judicial rulings.
• I drafted many legal types of research, especially in commercial law.
• I helped to draft numbers of researches relating to the provisions of the business, turning conventional banks to Islamic banks, the Vienna Convention rules of international sale of goods, the new provisions of the French Commercial Code.


Key achievements
• Published a legal search in electronic arbitration at Aleppo University.
• I made a legal professional translation of a large number of the French Commercial Code provisions into Arabic.
