Regularly checks and prepare product presentation on the sales floor
Keeps track of all Sales Related Customer Complaints

Prepares stocks to be delivered to every satellite departments
Does actual checking/sorting/batching via HHT (Hand Held Terminal) as per Stroke No. / Department No. / Size / UPC (Unique Product Code) for each and every product lines
Adheres to “FIFO/Expiry date first” warehousing policy, especially for food and medicine stockholding.
Make sure that customer gets fast and efficient service for every dining services
Prepares daily store reports as per consumables due for replenishment for usage in the restaurant day to day activities.
Prepares daily scheduling of tasks of crew members involved in the operation.
