20 store managers, 40 Assistant Managers& Shift supervisor, 35 Home Delivery Drivers
and 233 Crew.
• Control and analyze, on an on-going basis, the overall Operations, Staff Development,
Financial Performance, Reporting, Quality, Hygiene & Safety, Customer Service, and
Compliance with local municipalities laws.
• Adhere and enforce Company SOP, Policies, and procedures in all the stores. Also
monitor the measures to ensure compliance by all the employees.
• Review the stores performance on an on-going basis using the latest systems, Power
Bi, BI, Crunch time and once click system and through the filed visit to identify the
strengths and opportunities which need to work on.

Shift supervisor, 18 Home Delivery Drivers and 74 Crew.

Managers & Shift supervisor, 1 2 Home Delivery Drivers and 48 Crew.

 Assist the outlet manager in meeting all the budget requirements cost control.  Work closely with the outlet manager & staff to minimize wastage.  Gauge the capabilities of the staff in station duties.  Do continuous checkup& follow-up on requirement of the outlets  Ensure that the outlet is properly following the standard & procedures set by the franchiser & the company.  Schedule staff in coordination with the outlet manager to re-train staff as & when required.  Staff scheduling and leave planning.  Build teamwork and boost morale among the staff.  Ensure safety at work and supervise work activities of the outlet employees to ensure safe and proper procedures and techniques are being followed.  Ensure high standard of sanitation and hygiene.  Ensure all equipment is well maintained.  Problem solving and decision-making.  Maintain ongoing communication channels with, employees and Management.  Communicate company policies to all staff.  Submit all reports in time, duly completed and accurate.  Representing staff issues in coordination with the Outlet Manager including promotions, transfer and disciplinary issues in consultation with the Operations Manager.  Perform regular Spot-checking on the petty cash as well as the cash register whenever visiting the outlets.  Maintain and improve the company image in all the areas of services provided.  Accounts to the Operations Managers for prompt reporting of outlet related issues.  A monthly report to be provided to the Operations Manager.  Maintain confidentiality of all information relating to budgets, personnel and company matters
