Duties : Carried out the following activities:
• Responsible for Review Baselines, Weekly and Monthly reports for Solar Boat Project Value ($34 Million), Abu Ghaly Motors Village Value ($10 Million) and EL Shohadaa Hospital Value ($40 Million)
• Responsible for team with two site planning section heads, Review updates, Baselines and Monthly Reports.
• Perform in change management necessary actions.
• Monitor the sites progress.
• Review the projects monthly progress reports.
• Revise the sub-contractors time schedules and updates.
• Prepare the execution plans for the projects with the planners and the projects managers.
• Planning and scheduling the master baseline schedule for the projects with the assigned planner.
• Attend Monthly progress meeting with the client and the project director.
• Review and submit Revised schedules.
• Review and submit Claims and Delay analysis.
Value : ($ 55 Million) Consultancy: United States Army Corps of Engineers Duties : Carried out the following activities:
• Creating baselines for mega projects such As (Hangers, Aprons, Roads and taxiways for Airports)
• Initiating infrastructure baseline for Matrouh Airport utility.
• Create Baseline Schedule for Matrouh F-16 Maintenance Hanger.
• Prepare claims and delay analysis report using (Impact as planned, window analysis and Time Impact Analysis)
• Follow up and track time schedule
• Prepare and submit a monthly update in XER.format and SDEF format
• Prepare and Submit Monthly and NAS Analysis reports
• Create tender schedules baselines for Mega projects Such as Bahrain P-974 Substation, Kuwait Super Hornet Maintenance Hanger and THAAD Construct Tactical Site at Royal Saudi Air Defense.
• Apply Cumulative Impact Analysis
Project : R5 District Location : New administration capital, Cairo, Egypt Value : $214 Million Duties : Carried out the following activities:
• Prepare project schedule baseline and submit it to the consultant for approval.
• Estimate the activities duration and the project duration related to the contract conditions.
• Create the activities relationships.
• Assign project resources and level the resources.
• Optimizing the resources to finish the project at the required time with minimum resources.
• Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
• Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
Project : EL Mansoura Residential Compound Location : New administration capital, Cairo, Egypt Value : $45 Million Duties : Carried out the following activities:
• Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
• Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
• Ensuring plans meet the clients specifications. - Making estimations for timescales.
• Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
• Ensuring plans meet the clients specifications.
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
• Organizing the transportation of materials.
• Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
• Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
• Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Project : The Grand Egyptian museum project Location : Remaya Square, Giza, Egypt Value : $1.2 Billion Duties : Carried out the following activities:
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare reports - Update project schedule based on the contract
• Checking formwork.
• Checking steel reinforcement.
• Coordination with technical office and QC department for any revision and inspections requests.
• Working at the folded plates roof checking steel reinforcement and formwork.
• Finishing work such as block work, rendering, screed and cladding (stone and grc).
• Insulation work such as(water proof insulation, fire proof insulation for steel structure ).
• Gypsum board cladding and ceiling
Project : Santa Claus resort, Ras Sedr. Location : Cairo, Egypt Duties : Carried out the following activities:
• Worked as a cad designer 2D, 3D.
• Quantity surveying using excel sheets.
