 Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of all impacts on schedule and
budget.
 Perform risk management plan to minimize projects risk
 Coordinating and ensuring the smooth and on-time execution of project installation.
 Receiving and directing any client complaints to the appropriate department to ensure client
satisfaction.
 Conduct a client satisfaction survey at the end of each project after finishing a project.
 Maintain the company's reporting system and ensure the compliance for the company policies and
procedures.
 Maintain the project's documentation system and report and meet the approved deadlines.
