Monitor ongoing Performance Appraisal process
Assist in the systematically training, development, performance appraisals reviewing of staff and ensure that they understand their duties, and responsibilities.
Ensure all other relevant checklists completed.
Conversant with, and comply with the restaurant health and safety, hygiene, fire, and security regulations and procedures and ensure others are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
Draw up work schedules for restaurant staff and manage all their leaves.
Minimize controllable costs.
Manages stocks of the restaurant.
Perform any other duties requested by management
Assist in the promotion of all company products to all prospective customers in order to maximize sales and revenue.
