Monitor overall team performance and initiate any required safety or performance improvement measures and methodologies.
Monitor and audit compliance with the requirements of the management systems and report as required.
Continually identify any project risks, actively assign and manage mitigations as appropriate.
Initiate and conduct weekly technical and progress meetings relating to the services and works.
Manage any client stage gateway reviews and attainment of conditions precedent to such approvals.
Manage the attainment of design stage deliverables to schedule and quality that may be concurrent with any fast track works package procurements and associated permitting and approvals requirements.
Attend the site(s) as often as required to review HSE, logistics and progress against the programme.
Produce formal reports on project progress measured against the baseline and milestone dates and agreed project-wide KPI’s.
Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports on project progress for the Employer’s representative, prepare and conduct presentations as required.
Manage and administer the relevant contracts affording appropriate protection of the client’s interests.
Manage the timely issuance of company invoices and receipts against the agreed contract.

- Reviewing the tender, RFQ and enquiries to understand scope of works
- Site visit, investigation and analyze the conditions, verify the technical requirements and challenges with clients
- Estimation, BOQ preparation and pricing as per the scope of works and technical specification provided
- Planning and schedule the work-based program including manpower, material requirement and analyzing the critical path activities
- Preparing ITP and material submittals as per project requirement towards client /consultant for approval and following up
- Preparing work method statement, risk assessment and material submittal to clients/consultants for approvals and following up
- Prequalifying the subcontractors, suppliers by explaining them work scope with job requirements and initiate RFQ
- Manage budget and procurement of materials also inspecting to verify it with standards and quality control
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or modifications, maintenance and repair works
- Overall management& execution of the construction/maintenance activities in working site
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Solving the technical difficulties arises in the site and raising the technical queries (TQ) and site engineering queries (SEQ), Field change documents (FCD) to the consultants for approval.
- Raising the work and material inspection request towards client/consultant approval followed by the ITP and conducting quality test, making report of it.
- Attending regular meetings with the clients, consultants, subcontractors and rectifying the problems
- Preparing the monthly invoice plan and tracking the progress to achieve it
- Invoice submittal on progress basis and payment follow up.
- Final documentation, history of dockets submittal to handover the projects by disclosing snagging points
- Prepare and Submitting the Job completion report with power point presentation to client

- Review the drawings and understand the scope of works provided
- Quantity surveying and take off’s as per the approved drawings and documents provided
- Raising purchase request for the required material and manpower’s to execute the work activities
- Schedule and submitting the work program in activities wise
- Preparing Bar bending schedule as per the BS & ACI standards and submit for consultant approval and inspecting it after production
- Conducting NDT test and pre approvals for structural steel works post fabrication and pre installation
- Overall supervision of the construction and maintenance activities and assigning the working crew members and supervisors in site
- Overseeing the Safety standards and Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Tracking the daily progress of the work mostly critical paths and ensuring it’s as per the schedule and invoice target achieved
- Submitting the daily progress report with the quantity achieved and highlighting the issues to project manager
- Carrying out the inspection with clients and attending the snag comments to final handover

DUTIES AND RESBONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the supervision of the construction works at the project site.
2. Managing the technical problems on the construction site and assisting the operatives.
3. Ensuring all the materials used and work performed as per the drawings and Specifications.
4. Daily management of the site and monitoring the labour forces.
5. Planning the work and site facilities, inorder to meet deadlines.
6. Monitoring the contract design documents supplied.
7. Leveling and surveying the site.
8. Overseeing the selection of materials requires for the site.
9. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on sites
10. Prepares the report for daily work.
