• Successfully designed and implemented SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise to manage and control more than 7 million documents, and used by 2000 users:
* Designed and implemented the high availability architecture and SQL Server 2012 failover clustering Active/Active
* Designed and implemented the physical/logical architecture
* Planned and ran the discovery and metadata workshops
• Successfully leaded a group of developers to develop a new modern, interactive and entertaining website (www.syriatel.sy) and self-service web portal (my.syriatel.sy) with limited resources and budget, using the latest web technologies and standards; fully integrated with the billing system, IN (Intelligence Network), OCS (Online Charging System) and the services’ platforms.
* Lead, inspire and direct a team of 4 software developers and GIS specialists.
* Manage staff activities in term of planning, organizing, direction, control and evaluation.
* Monitor operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Achievements:
* Successfully leaded, developed and built new digital maps and geo-database covers over all Syria with limited resources and budget, using the latest GIS (Geographical Information System) technologies and standards. This was the first detailed digital map made for Syria, covers all main cities and villages, supports street network and has a huge POI (Points of Interest) data.
* Successfully developed and build a LBS (Location Based Services) with an accuracy of CID (Cell Identity), fully integrated with HLR (Home Location Register), VLR (Visitor Location Register) and SMSC (Short Message Service Center).
* Manage staff activities in term of planning, organizing, direction, control and evaluation.
* Data analysis, configuration and systematization in addition to software implementation.
* Design, implement and develop application to support and facilitate the Marketing department workflow using advanced skills in statistics and database management.
* Issue periodically analytical reports including detailed description of data analysis results and summary tables.
* Process marketing research internal data.
* Establish internal data warehouse center.
* Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Marketing databases
* Contribute to marketing research and other analytical and statistics based activities.

* Successfully developed and built data warehouse to support the decision making by providing a full and detailed reports and statistics related to subscribers’ behavior, consumption and services’ usage.
