Lead and manage the QA/QC team across multidiscipline activities.
Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
Ensure all project quality requirements, procedures, and specifications (ADNOC standards) are implemented effectively.
Conduct material verification, WPS/PQR/WQT review, and welding quality control.
Oversee inspections, NDT activities, fabrication processes, and final documentation review.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for quality related matters.
Issuing the Internal NCRs for Quality Deviations.
Expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions.
Maintaining the Internal & NCR Logs.
Monitor the KPIs as per Project Quality Plan & Implement proper measures to achieve the KPIs within target.
Prepare and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and other related documents.
Leading Internal QMS Audits.
Developing Audit Reports.
Ensure continuous quality improvement.

Assists in the preparation of quality documentation, including the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of construction documents for compliance with project quality requirements related to Mechanical works.
Monitors all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related Mechanical works and in particular issues of design, procurement, construction and final hand over of the related Mechanical works.
Monitors the implementation of Method Statements, and, Inspection & Test Plans related to Mechanical works, and ensure all necessary records are generated in a timely manner in their area of assigned responsibility.
Manages the inspection and testing of Mechanical works in their area of assigned responsibilities, including monitoring the work of QC Inspectors under their authority.

Quality Management System Leadership
• Lead deployment and upkeep of QMS per ISO 9001:2015 across all project
phases, embedding riskbased quality controls for critical piping, high-alloy
materials, and safety welds.
• Prepare and secure COMPANY (ADNOC, PDO & KOC) approvals for Project
Quality Plans (PQP) per contract and COMPANY (ADNOC, PDO & KOC)
Quality System requirements.
• Review contracts, scope, and technical documents to embed inspection
levels, criticality, and material certification into data sheets, requisitions,
and specs.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 Clause 6.1 to identify project risks (sour service
cracking, CUI, hydrotest failures, vendor delays) and set related inspection
and contingency plans.
• Develop Quality Control Procedures, Work Instructions, ITPs, and QMS for
onshore pipelines, flowlines, wellheads, and tank fabrication.
• Maintain expert command of ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, and COMPANY
(ADNOC, PDO & KOC) standards and specifications. Quality System

• Develop, review, and control QMS procedures for audits, documentation,
nonconformance, vendor evaluation, calibration, preservation, and change
management.
• Lead annual internal audits—plan, execute, report findings (positive, NCs,
OFIs), and ensure 100% closure of actions with verified effectiveness.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance records and promote continual
improvement through internal quality audits. Technical Document &
