offices around 143 Countries across the world.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining commercially
productive relationships with both new as well as existing clients.
Also meet - Cost, Productivity, Accuracy and Timeliness targets.
• Track shipments related to air sea land and courier.
• Coordinate with Brokers with relevant documents for smooth
Clearance process and Shipment Delivery.
• Report concerned departments to collect the delivery order.
• Consolidate documents needed for arrival notice.
• Notify customers about product arrival information.
• Arrange collection of documents from customers in the event
custom clearance is needed.
• Validate documents needed for brokers to clear shipments from
customs (Air, Sea & Land Freights).
• Coordinate with brokers and arrange custom duty payments.
• Direct Transport department once clearance is obtained to load
the shipment
• Organize delivery and prepare invoice needed to be delivered to
customer.
• Well versed to promote company products to key buyers,
ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate needed to
generate new business.
• Prepare and document sales reports, & activity reports and
revenue forecasts-profit analysis.
