Take part in secondary evaluation, especially lead small groups that mark ‘writing’.
Involve in professional development activities such as conducting seminars make presentations on various topics related to teaching and class management.

Special spoken English coaching for Omani teachers. (A very successful spoken English programme was conducted on my own interest and initiative. Peparation of the course materials for these classes)
Remedial programme and Literacy programme. (for the students who can read and write Arabic, but can't read and write English)
