* To conduct food safety MRM and to take necessary actions for food safety related issues in the company.
* To deliver trainings (on job/induction) to all levels of employees on food safety, GMP/GHP, 5S
systems, ISO standards, internal auditing, fire and safety & its effectiveness evaluation.
* To ensure the product quality is in line with EU and country regulations.

* Renewal of quality & statutory licenses/certificates (FSSC, FDA, FSSAI, KOSHER, HALAL, Spices
board (CRES) & UN packaging)
* Ensure quality shipping and packing of products by vehicle/container inspections
* To develop, train & supervise the internal audit team
* Responsible for monitoring plant sanitation & pest control programs of the company.
* Handling of customer complaints & feedbacks
* Responsible for external communication & Control of outsourcing QA activities
* To schedule & ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out.
* Verification of QC test record, Certificate of analysis, safety data sheets & QA related documents.
* Generation of Monthly QA Reports to management
